Former Delaware Gov. and curent U.S. Rep. Mike Castle (R-DE) paid a visit on Thursday, March 4 to members of the Industry Council for Tangible Assets (ICTA) and Expo dealers at the Whitman Coin & Collectibles Baltimore Expo.
Rep. Castle is well known in numismatic circles for his support of federal legislation relating to the hobby.
